As part of our collaboration with an experienced technology partner, we offer precise waterjet cutting of lead sheets and plates. This modern, safe, and highly effective technology allows for the creation of virtually any shape – from simple sections to complex contours with holes, angles, or curves. Waterjet cutting is a contactless, cold-cutting process that eliminates the risk of deformation, burns, or microcracks, which is especially important when working with soft and delicate materials like lead.
Our service is aimed at both individual customers and businesses that require accurately cut lead components for radiological protection, industrial applications, construction, or other specialized uses. We cut materials from our own stock – including lead sheets and foils – as well as materials supplied by the client.
Thanks to our flexible approach, high-quality technical resources, and many years of experience in handling heavy materials, we are able to carry out even custom and non-standard projects tailored to specific requirements. We accept design files in .dxf format (AutoCAD), but we can also work from a simple technical drawing. The finished components are delivered quickly, with guaranteed precision, consistency, and professional support at every stage of the process.
